You should be at least 18 years old, or using this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to use Janmakshar. The birth details entered are typically of adults being evaluated for marriage, or of individuals whose family members are performing this traditional check on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. Incorrect date, time, or place of birth will produce an inaccurate result. Where the exact birth time is unknown, results — particularly the Manglik indicator — should be treated as less reliable.

The Janmakshar name, logo, design, and website content are the property of Janmakshar unless otherwise noted. The underlying Ashtakoota/36-Guna methodology is a centuries-old traditional system and is not owned by us; our implementation, calculation engine, explanations, and presentation of it are.
